Natural cyclic compounds have attracted more attention for several pharmacological applications. Pyridine and pyrazole activities can be augmented through the formation of heterocyclic compounds. In this study, we synthesized and evaluated novel heterocyclic compounds containing pyridine and pyrazole. The physiochemical characteristics revealed the structural properties of the synthesized compounds. The compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activities, which showed significant antimicrobial properties. The antioxidant activities analyzed by DPPH free radical scavenging activity that showed concentration dependent scavenging activities of the synthesized pyridine and pyrazole compounds. These results revealed that the synthesized compounds could be further evaluated for preparing lead antimicrobial and antioxidant pharmaceutical agent.
