Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a common metabolic illness. Chronic hyperglycemia is a hallmark of diabetes mellitus,
Penicillium sp. 8, which presents serious health issues. PDB, phytochemicals, and anti-diabetic medications
are available worldwide. The goal of this work was to optimize growth factors in order to increase the anti-
diabetic efficacy of Penicillium sp8, which was isolated from paddy soil
